Starting Feb. 12: Chestnut Avenue will remain closed to traffic moving between Shaw and Barstow Avenues. This is due to expansion work to expand the road from two to four lanes according to the university’s official Web site fresnostatenews.com. The university also announced that Parking Lot V, located west of the Save Mart Center, will also be closed for upgrading this spring.
