Ethnic graduation dates announced

Saturday May 19, The 22nd African American Recognition Program will take place from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Save Mart Center.

Saturday May 19, The 31st Annual Latino Commencement Celebration will take place from 5 p.m. at the Save Mart Center.

Saturday May 19, The first Annual Asian and Pacific Islander Commencement Celebration will take place from 4 p.m. at the Satellite Student Union.

The African American Recognition Program

  • Deadline to apply for participation: April 16
  • Participation fee: $ 40
  • Graduate photo sessions: Tuesday, March 13, from 9 a.m. to 11.45 a.m. and Wednesday March 14, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Speech Arts Building Room 182.

The 31st Annual Latino Commencement Celebration, Save Mart Center, Saturday May 19, 5 p.m. Dates to remember

  • Application deadline- April 13, accepted in the Social Science Building, Room 108. ($10. late fee will apply after 4/13/07)
  • Pre-order DVD -Orders are still being accepted until further notice -DVD of the Latino Commencement Celebration, ($30.00 advance purchase)
  • Graduate Message due April 13 before 4:00 p.m. in Social Science Building, Room 108.
  • Mandatory Rehearsal, Thursday, May 17 at 3:00 p.m. Meet at loading dock-northeast side of the Save Mart Center Building.
  • May 19 at 5 p.m. — Latino Commencement Celebration. Graduates meet at the loading dock-northeast side of Save Mart Center Building. For more information about The Latino Commencement Cerebration visit www.csufresno.edu/lcc

The first Annual Asian and Pacific Islander Commencement Celebration

  • Any graduating in fall 2006 or spring 2007 can participate, graduate students are welcome
  • You must submit an application to participate
