Please complete/submit all of your Financial Aid To Do items to the Financial Aid Office in the Joyal Administration Building, room 296, as soon as possible!
To be as fair as possible, verification of documents are performed according to the date that a student finishes all of their To Do items. The earlier you complete all requests for documents or actions, the earlier you can be awarded financial aid. To view your To Do items, access your Student Center at: http://my.csufresno.edu
Due to budget cuts, Fresno State will not accept applications for admission for the Spring 2010 semester from undergraduate and graduate students. All 23 campuses of the CSU system will be closed.
New applicants and returning students can apply for Fall 2010 admission starting on October 1, 2009. For more information regarding Fall 2010 admission and application deadlines, make sure you check out http://www.csumentor.edu after August 1, 2009.

The CSU student trustee, Russell Statham, was at CSU Board of Trustees (BOT) meeting on July 7th that discussed a variety of options to help deal with the huge budget crisis that the CSU system is facing. He will be the only student from this campus that will cast a vote at the next BOT meeting, July 21st, that votes on what measures need to be taken on to help solve this problem.
Statham is holding an informational, town-hall meeting for all students in the CSU system on Thursday, July 16th, from 2-3:30pm in USU rm 311 at Fresno State. He will explain the budget problems and upcoming challenges that students might be facing (including a possible 20% increase in tuition).
So make sure you come ask your questions, get your concerns recognized and give your input to our student trustee!!!

Fresno State has a large assortment of Fraternities and Sororities to offer its students. There are partnerships and friendships born there that can never die. Along with great friendships and networking connections, you also get to be more involved with philanthropic work.

If you are new to Fresno State then WELCOME!! Here you can figures out what you want to do with the rest of your lfie while getting a quality education, having a blast and making life-long friends. THere are tons of places on campus that can give you all the info you need about getting connected to the faculty, getting involved with clubs and taking the right classes to reach your career goals.
So make sure that you take the time to get involved on campus as much as possible - before you know it you will be graduating and it will be too late!!!
