Want to Get a Flu Shot

flu-shot-cartoon.jpg

The Student Health Center, in partnership with the Department of Nursing, invites you to a FLU SHOT CLINIC on Wednesday, September 23, 2009.  The clinic will take place between the hours of 9am-2pm and will be held downstairs in the USU.  The flu vaccine is to protect against the seasonal influenza, NOT against the H1N1 virus, as this vaccine will be available later this fall.  In the past, the Student Health Center has charged $20 for the flu shot but will only be charging a small fee of $10 this year.  Vaccinations are limited.  Do your part to stay protected this flu season.

Get the Furlough 411

calendar-furlough.jpg

So by now, we all as students have heard many different lectures from our professors about the different types of furlough days that we have this year.  So many dates to remember!  Furlough days with instruction, without instruction, administrative days, certain buildings being open, certain ones being closed.  So confusing!  I recently found a link to a site that breaks down all of the different dates.  So check it out to make sure you know what to expect: http://www.csufresno.edu/are.
